Healthcare Policy & Advocacy Director for Johnson & Johnson

Leslie Stein Lloyd, JD, CAE, IOM is the Healthcare Policy & Advocacy Director for New York, New Jersey and Connecticut at Johnson & Johnson. In this role, she analyzes health care policy issues, works on strategy development, builds collaborative partnerships, and creates awareness and provides insights to key stakeholders on access to care issues. Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Leslie was the Director for Public Policy and Healthcare Economics at the American Academy of Dermatology Association, where she spent a decade leading the specialty’s engagement on socioeconomic, health policy and private payer advocacy. She holds the Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential from the American Society of Association Executives and earned the Certificate in Nonprofit Organizational Management from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation. Leslie is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Law and Brandeis University. She resides in Far Hills, New Jersey with her husband and family.
