The preliminary schedule for this year's conference is as follows:

April 2: Attendee Check-in/Welcome Reception 1700-2000

April 3: Conference 0730-1600

April 4: Conference 0730-1200

Hotel Information

Oceanfront room rate: $209/per night

Soundview room rate: $189/per night

If any guests would prefer to call in, they can ask for the group by name, or they can provide the group code DNC to book. This group block does close on 03/03/2025.

The group will be paying $15 parking, however, on the confirmation letters this may still show as a $30 charge. Due to how the IHG booking site operates, the way this appears online cannot be changed. Internally though, all guests will only be paying the $15 parking fee not the full $30 resort fee.
